What this job involves

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Consultant - Corporate Transaction to join our team:

  • Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
  • Work model: Hybrid.
  • Contract Type: Indefinite-term

This role will be focused on the execution of corporate real estate transactions in the South Latin American region, with special focus on Tenant Representation and Capital Markets

What is your day to day?

  • Implementing and coordinating corporate real estate transactions, including asset acquisition/disposition, lease acquisitions and renewals in diverse projects (offices, retail stores and industrial/logistic facilities)
  • Preparing reports and other relevant presentations and analyses to be delivered to Clients
  • Conducting the negotiations on behalf of Clients
  • Attending to regular conference calls and meetings with Clients and/or landlords
  • Coordinating and attending to building / site tours
  • Assisting Clients' legal advisors in reviewing relevant documents
  • Working together with JLL colleagues around the globe providing responses to inquiries and performing portfolio review assessments
  • Preparing qualitative and quantitative analysis, including financial analysis and NPV cash flows
  • Reviewing of lease documents and other materials as part of the due diligence process
  • Collaborating with Research and Consulting & Valuations Teams

Desired experience and technical skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in economics, finance, or other fields, such as architecture or engineering, with a strong background in business
  • Ideal candidate will have at least 2/3 years of experience in multinational corporations, working with both, internal and external clients
  • Advanced computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook), and the ability to master company specific programs
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English (Proficiency in English is desired)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
  • Strong analytical ability, both financial and qualitative including use of logic
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize and manage time and workload
