Finance Business Management Senior Manager

Job Description

The CFF Senior Manager will have the following major objectives:

• Drive the financial outcomes of the corporate function strategy supported
• Anticipate risks and opportunities in the management of the CF costs and present the financial results periodically to Accenture Finance leadership.
• Being the direct point of contact for Finance for the 'C-Suite' of the corporate function.
• Annual planning, quarterly forecasts and monthly and continuous analysis of financial results and their expected future trend.
• Continuous analysis of improvements and simplification of all global and local financial processes of the Corporate Function

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish a trusted advisor relationship with the CF leadership
• Advocate, champion, message, storytelling
• Manage costs; including operational management of non-contract costs, Market Development and Deployed Business Development costs, payroll targets and affordability
• Manage recruiting, staffing, people engagement, pyramid, mix, utilization, cost-to-serve and capacity of service delivery staff to optimize balance between cost and delivery targets
• Prepare materials in support of monthly state of the business reviews, quarterly business reviews, and other leadership meetings with Accenture Leadership
• Liaise with other Corporate Finance shared teams in support of areas of responsibility
• Fosters a collaborative environment across finance and other functions
• Support Senior Leadership with ad-hoc analysis as required, and in preparation of investment business cases, supporting offering development and target pricing/costing as appropriate
• Leads and develops a higher performing team of finance professionals in Corporate function
