IT Manager

We are looking for an IT Manager to Lead software development, evolution and sustain for out client int Argentina.

Key Priorities & Challenges

- Implement a global-class CRM and ERP.

- Manage the Business Unit priorities, assuring the End of Life or their local front & back legacies, implementing the Group compliance & security roadmaps, rolling out the new Group/Business Line/Regional platforms and innovations.

- Interact with several internal and external suppliers, product platforms, Tech Shared Services in charge of maintaining cross-BLs platforms, Infrastructure, Security & Architecture services.

- Integrate the regional products and features to build a robust end-to-end Platform.

- Review performance and objectives for the entire team.

- Prepare and control the local Applications budget.

- Passion for IT Arquitecture and applications design
- Experience with a mix of new and older technologies, making possible an expertise leadership on both legacy teams and new platform teams
- Full stack Software Engineering previous experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical teams cooperating within multi-countries context
- Modern management style with emphasis on listening and creating the condition for autonomy and responsible empowerment of the teams, but still with the capacity to make decisions and endorse the risks related to them
- Very business oriented, capable of communicating in simple & understandable ways, creating trust with actual results and transparency
- Straight forward and results driven get things done on time
- Resilience, resistance to frustration, we will go back and forth, and we will make mistakes
- Lean approach, ability to lead the change, and influence

- Fluent in English is mandatory
- Proven experience on Agile methodologies applied to Software development (eg Scrum)
