SALARY: £65k-£82k
25 days holiday (increasing yearly up to a maximum of 28 days) + 8 days Bank Holiday

THE BUSINESS:

This is an exciting opportunity to have a direct impact into deploying advanced technologies into orbit, as well as collaborating closely with space agencies, satellite operators, and industry stakeholders to ensure the long-term sustainability of space activities and protect vital space assets.
THE ROLE:
- Lead the design and development and of Ground Segment SW subsystems needed for missions.
- Create and keep up to date relevant documentation
- Support in the testing and simulation stages
- Maintain the ground systems while collaborating with the operations team and the developers to resolve technical issues
- Follow the AGILE methodology
- 5 years of industry experience in software development and software engineering.
- C/C++, Java and or Python programming languages Knowledge
- Basic Linux system administration
- Experience of mission control systems
