The Oracle Communications Global Business unit sells and delivers Network Session
Products. These provide control functions to deliver trusted, first-class interactive communications—voice, video and multimedia sessions—across IP network borders. They support multiple applications in Service Provider, large enterprise and contact center networks—from VoIP trunking to hosted enterprise and residential services to fixed-mobile convergence.
The primary focus of an Inside Sales representative is to sell solutions and services to new and existing Oracle Communication Service customers in the assigned territory or vertical.
As an Internet Sales Representative you will sell products and services to an assigned geographic or name account base territory to achieve assigned objectives. Develops account penetration strategies working with Field Sales and closes business. Selected candidate will be required to develop detailed understanding of Oracle Communications Global Business unit product offerings and competitive issues. Candidate will be required to create and implement account plans in the allocated customer set or territory. Liaise with customer contacts for the purpose of managing the customer relationship, identifying new opportunities, and selling Oracle Communication products and services. Participates as a team member on sales teams, provides accurate business forecast and drives customer success.
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. Ability to work independently or under supervision and seeking intervention from his/her Sales Manager on complex deals that fall outside of existing guidelines. One or more years of technology sales experience. Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone with high level decision makers is extremely critical.
•Fluent in English and any of the following languages :German
•Individual will carry a quota in the coverage of territories in support of the field sales team in meeting targeted sales objectives.
•The candidate should have demonstrable experience in building territories and driving product and industry specific pipeline and sales.
•Preferable to have experience in selling communication equipment or services to Service Provider accounts.
•Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels including CxO of the customer organization.
•Ability to forecast and successfully close new Oracle business.
•Proven track record of exceeding sales objective and territory/account development..
•Clear and professional communication.
