·You will be responsible for supporting the F&B division and outlet teams from an administration side including menus, outlet collateral, restaurant reservations and private hire of outlets to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
·You’ll also determine and implement an effective filing system, maintain adequate supplies of stationary and ensure a range of forms are used and completed including time and attendance sheets, purchase orders, travel requisitions, collateral reprint orders, holiday and sickness leave, hotel compiled information packs, expense forms and any other that may be assigned to you by the (assistant) Director of F&B.

·You’ll also maintain an up-to-date operating manual of the department comprising of policies and procedures, rules and regulations, forms and forms-flow.
·You make arrangements for various meetings and take minutes as required.
·From time of time, the F&B Director may assign certain project duties to support the division.

·As a detail orientated and hands-on team player with strong interpersonal skills, you will thrive on supporting the teams to achieve better results and celebrate success within the team.
·English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Other languages including Arabic, Italian, French, Spanish or German are highly desirable.
You will have a relevant professional certification or hotel school diploma and bring a wealth of past experience working for luxury hotels in the Middle East.
