We are currently looking for an experienced Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager to join our team in Dubai.

About the role

Reporting to the CEO the QA Manager will have the responsibility to oversee all departments in respect of the company’s Quality Assurance/ Quality Control and to make sure they adhere to the set procedures and standards.
The QA Manager monitors the set standards and is expected to be highly proactive to ensure all requirements are met.
The QA manager is primarily responsible for driving the development and ongoing improvement work around standards and procedures associated with business.
Additionally, the QA Manager supports the COO with general administration and ancillary activities as may be required.

Your responsibilities

• Establish and communicate quality requirements in the company.
• Collaborate with the different departments on the set-up and implementation of key processes and
application methods.
• Develop and issue quality requirements based on specifications and jurisdictional requirements.
• Responsible for coaching, training, and mentoring the different teams.
• Confirm conditions adverse to quality are identified, documented, disposition and tracked through
acceptance and closure.
• Support the corrective action resolution process.
• Proactively communicate quality opportunities to management, including issues or concerns.
• Confirming quality metrics are consistently tracked and reported.
• Maintains records of all QA/QC activities
• Coordinates or manages the timely completion of quality deliverables including Quality Plan, Internal Audit,
Performance Improvement Initiatives, QA/QC Inspection related activities, manages NCR and corrective action
process and register, maintained Risk Analysis and Lessons Learned registers, and compiles necessary
reporting.
• Revise and check all communication with client (e.g. website, e-mails, brochures, etc.) and sign off its release.
• Any general administration and ancillary activities as may be required and related to the above functions
in accordance with the business requirements of the company.
• Work with the COO to coordinate and supervise daily operations.
• Undertake other reasonable duties as directed by the COO.
• Provide professional and seamless support to the COO.
