Senior Consultant (Digital transformation and technology focus)

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in IT Strategy and consulting, professional software development or IT project management
• Alternative for MBA graduates: 6+ years’ experience in industry with digital transformation or IT background
• Track record and experience from a top consulting firm (focused on digital transformation, digital initiatives, IT advisory, technology strategy)
• Ability to independently structure and lead complex client projects
• Experience with the management of decision processes at C-Level
• A strategic entrepreneur, creative and having exceptional analytics skills
• Strong innovation mindset and with the mentality to solve client challenges in an agile way
• Strong affiliation and professional track record in technology and transformation projects in the areas of:
  • Digital business growth strategies
  • Technology strategies and enterprise architecture
  • Agile program and transformation strategies
  • IT organization and agile operating model
  • IT performance improvement and optimization
  • DevOps and bi-modal value delivery
  • Information and cyber security
  • Data Analytics, Big Data, Data Platforms
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel to clients world-wide.
• Highly professional and rigorous, results-oriented, driven and hard-working
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Loyal and reliable, possessing the highest ethical standard
• Good interpersonal skills but also judgement independency and autonomy
