We are seeking a dynamic Insights professional with proven experience to join our team! Ideal candidates for the role will have experience handling multiple clients, partners, a passion for working with clients, a strong understanding of brand, creative & media and should have demonstrated success leading client partnerships with strong eye for business.

This role is to partner one of the biggest brands in Middle East. This role offers a unique & exciting opportunity to learn and grow with a dynamic team & a future forward client.

This role would require sound brand & communication expertise, ability to triangulate multiple sources of data, ability to understand & address business questions like a trusted advisor. Experience on working with multi sector, multi category clients, would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

This role is based out of Dubai. As an Associate Director, you would lead this key client relationship for Kantar Insights, UAE.

In this role, specifically, you will:

  • Be the face of Kantar Insights for clients, understand their business questions, find opportunities and be able to propose solutions to answer client business challenges.
  • Be partnering with internal and external collaborators to drive client engagement.
  • Be spotting opportunities & drafting proposals based on client needs
  • Bring in strong marketing & brand perspective to client engagements.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities of client engagements – relationship building and client delivery
  • Manage a team and groom them, build their expertise
  • Day-to-day manage and lead projects, working with your own team and hubs for ‘execution’.
  • Interpret and triangulate multiple data sources to tell a comprehensive story
  • Develop story-driven reports and client deliverables that synthesize data to meaningfully address client business objectives.
  • Ensure overall high quality of project processes and client deliverables.

Capability requirements

  • Strong experience in Quantitative Research, ideally Brand, Communication & Media
  • Strong senior client management experience
  • Experience in Line management
