In a global role, you will oversee Organisational Design and Development and work closely with the business to align the People Strategy to the goals of the organisation.
This position will best suit a highly strategic, exceptionally strong senior HR professional with a passion and energy to drive transformation and change in huge, complex organisations.
You must have experience of leading HR strategy for a logistics business area in a multinational to be considered for this role.
Experience in the Middle East will be beneficial but international candidates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
