One of the leading Digital Marketing companies in Abu Dhabi looking for a Business Development Executive.

Job Description :

The Senior Business Development Executive will support the Head of Business Development to develop a robust and integrated business strategy. This person is responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging existing clients to upgrade in added products and services, and remaining abreast of changes in service utilization. The person will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship. Will be attending networking events with the intention of attracting and retaining clientele. Ultimately, Senior BD Executive will keep a close eye on clients’ feedback to ensure that our products and services always exceed expectations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

✓ Full familiarization of the company’s products and services such as Digital Advertising, Video Production and Influencer Marketing.

✓ Closing monthly deals with a minimum target of AED100,000.

✓ Generate monthly leads with a minimum target of 50 companies/entities.

✓ Acquiring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration. ✓ Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients. ✓ Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

✓ Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

✓ Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

✓ Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

✓ Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.

✓ Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.

Desired Skills & Requirements:

✓Must be bilingual in English & Arabic.

✓ Background in Marketing and Advertising Agency is a MUST.

✓ Minimum 5 years extensive experience in business development and closing deals from government clients and big corporates.

✓ Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.

✓ Great networking skills and resourceful with outstanding research skills.

✓ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
