Senior Consultant – Netcracker
Based in the UAE, Dubai
12 Month Extendable contract

Job Summary:
I am seeking an experienced IT consultant with proven experience in Netcracker 10.2 framework to join our client’s team and provide technical consulting for our product, Netcracker 10.2, running on Solaris 10. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to handle complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance activities and ensuring application security vulnerabilities are identified and mitigated.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve L4 technical issues reported by L3 & L2 teams or detected by internal systems.
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams.
• Perform preventative maintenance activities, including monitoring system performance, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions to prevent outages or downtime.
• Ensure architectural reviews are conducted to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize performance and reliability.
• Identify and mitigate application security vulnerabilities to maintain the security and integrity of the system.
• Maintain and update knowledge base articles and support documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support as needed.
• 10+ years of experience in technical support or related field with telecom domain knowledge.
• Knowledge in OSS inventory management & Fulfillment.
• In-depth knowledge in Workflow management in Netcracker OAIM suit .
• Proven experience in Netcracker’s OAIM product development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing complex technical issues on Solaris 10
• Experience with Netcracker 10.2, WebLogic 12.1.3 configuration & capacity management, Oracle Database 12.1.0.2 performance tuning , Unix Scripting skills & Strong PLSQL programming.
• Understanding of Application security hardening.
• Able to identify network related issues causing application accessibility, Analyzing Network trace to identify issues with interface systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
