In this role you will manage the marketing department within the organization establishing standard operating procedures. Supervising the process of devising & implementing individual product marketing plans as well as the separate corporate marketing plan for Ingram Micro Gulf region in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

• Developing skills and know-how to staff within the marketing department passing experience, guidance, and support.
• Creating a team spirit & ensure the team members work in line with the values and code of conduct of Ingram Micro
• Work closely with PMs and BUMs to prepare quarterly and annual vendor marketing plans as per vendor guidelines and following our company’s goals and objectives,
• Monitor activities ROI reported internally and to vendors on a timely basis

Requirements:

• You have a Sales and/or Marketing background, a creative and dynamic personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• You have an MBA with 4-5 yrs. relevant/ industry experience OR Graduate with 5-7 years relevant/industry experience
• You have previous people managers’ experience
• Previous experience in retail chain marketing or the telecommunication industry
