Quantitative Research Manager – Media Domain

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Insights professional to join our Media team in Dubai, UAE. Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of insights and media and has demonstrated success in managing client partnerships with a strong eye for business.
This role is based out of Dubai. What you'll be doing:
You will w ork across a portfolio of the world’s greatest brands, media owners and media agencies, consulting various clients on projects from Design to Delivery.
In addition, you will:
Contribute to the production of client deliverables, such as questionnaires and presentations;
Ensure research projects run smoothly and provide input for insights presentations;
Demonstrate Kantar's world class techniques in measuring campaign effectiveness and deliver the best return on investment possible for media spend;
Interpret and triangulate multiple data sources to tell a comprehensive story;
Develop story- and data-driven reports to significantly address client business objectives;
Communicate to a high standard consistently and establish effective relationships, both internally and with clients, to ensure the timely delivery of projects;
Work with Team leads to develop client relationships and manage accounts.
The skills & experience you’ll need:
Proven experience (5+ years) working in Quantitative Market Research, ideally Brand, Communications and/or Media Effectiveness;
A strong affinity with digital and media;
A passion for brands, combined with a willingness to learn and a desire and hunger to improve your skills
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and proven client management experience
Line management or ready to take the step into line management
You will be expected to contribute to our collaborative culture, with a can-do attitude and a positive approach to your work
Proven in developing and landing actionable insights for the client’s organisation
