Reporting to the Group Staffing & Mobility Manager, this role will contribute to the reinforcement of our internal Staffing & Mobility process, with a specific focus on Data Analytics & Tools Administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of data reporting and analytics to support and transform our Staffing Mobilization & Demobilization at Systra.
Responsibilities:
- Support / Manage the development of the integrated Talent Place Reporting feature.
- Produce reporting and data analytics
- On a weekly basis review internal Advertising job openings (e.g. internal career page and ATS
- Define and deploy metrics for measuring process improvement
Requirements:
- Proven analytical skills including data quality and data management with expert proficiency in Sharepoint and Power BI
- Strong acumen for digital tool and problem-solving attitude, with experience working in Recruitment & Staffing.
- Rigour, Autonomy and good verbal and written communication skills
