As part of the team, the analyst will be responsible for financial close and reporting activities, along with designing, building, automating and maintaining improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the business team, HR team, finance team and program managers across the business’s to streamline reporting and identify opportunities for cost and productivity optimization.
• Discovering and solving complicated problems, can quickly learn complex systems, likes to work with numbers, and takes pride in organizing and communicating his work.

Requirements:

• Work experience in financial/retail/e-commerce space
• Experience with month end financial closure and reporting activities
• Understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with attention-to-detail
