Role : Research Manager

Location : Dubai

Role Purpose:

Managing the Dubai Research & Consultancy business within the Valuation & Advisory Department. Key member of the new core management team providing professional real estate advisory services to clients.

Key Accountabilities of the role

Research:

Monitor the UAE property market and produce regular market updates as well as topical reports.

Publish quarterly Market Reports covering the UAE Real Estate Market and sectors.

Collect and analyses market data on rental values, sale prices, investment yields, service charges, rental incentives etc across the UAE real estate market sectors.

Collect and analyses data on real estate supply across the UAE real estate market sectors.

Collect and analyze data on demographics, employment growth, infrastructure projects and other factors influencing demand for real estate.

Forecast and track value trends, analyzing collected data.

Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature.

Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text.

Create and maintain all data management systems for the department.

Work together with the CEO, Directors and Head of research as a core team delivering strategic advisory services to clients covering, bespoke highest and best use studies, financial feasibility studies, development appraisals and project concept / design critique.

Work together with the CEO, Directors and Head of Research as a core team delivering investment consultancy advice to clients covering, portfolio review, real estate strategy, value optimization, development and diversification advice and due diligence on real estate investment acquisition or disposal.

Deliver consultancy tasks and outputs to a high standard of quality, including – crucially – written reports.

Generating business through active client and prospect development and networking.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

QUALIFICATIONS:

EXPERIENCE:

5 years of experience in the real estate industry with at least 3 years in the UAE covering research and consultancy
