CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT

Growth Gas Integrated Project (GGIP) is a project in Iraq around Ratawi Oil field. It includes 4 sub projects: Common Seawater Supply Project

(CSSP), Gas Midstream project (GMP) and Solar Power Plant (SSP) and Associated Gas Upstream Project (AGUP).

The Overall Capex of GGIP project will be around 10 B$.

The electricity provided by the SPP will be reinjected in the grid, whereas the one generated by the GMP will be used by GMP and AGUP.

The GGIP project will be cost recovered by the AGUP oil production.

AGUP scope is the development of Ratawi oil field and interfaces with the 4 in 1 projects.

It is the perimeter of the current job description.

It is a PSC with phased developments.

Ph1 is the upgrade of existing Ratawi facilities to reach a production of 120 kbopd in 2025. Associated reserves are 400 Mb, for CAPEX of 1B$.

Ph2 is a large-scale development of the field targeting a plateau of 210 kbopd in 2027. Associated reserves are 1,800 Mb, for Capex of 6B$.

The project main challenges are:

• CAPEX is the main project driver,

• the tight schedule,

• interfaces with the other projects, notably GMP and AGUP phase 1 project
