Your Key Responsibilities
Your workday will be a dynamic mix of analysis, execution, and dialogue, focused on three main areas:
Visibility & Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- In-depth keyword research to identify high-volume and high-intent search terms.
- Technical SEO optimization of product titles, bullet points, and backend search terms.
- Mapping out search trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Content Strategy
- Optimizing product descriptions and A+ Content to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborating on visual material (images and video) to ensure it drives sales.
- Continuous A/B testing of listings to improve “Buy Box” performance and CTR.
- Maintaining a “clean” and professional product catalog for the best user experience.
Advisory & Performance Analysis
- Analyzing performance data to identify new growth potentials.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for international expansion and catalog growth.
Account Health & Compliance Management
- Monitoring Account Health: Keeping a close eye on performance metrics to ensure we stay within the platform’s thresholds.
- Handling Compliance Cases: Proactively resolving listing suppressions, intellectual property (IP) issues, or documentation requests from the marketplace authorities.
- Brand Protection: Ensuring that the brand’s integrity is maintained and that any unauthorized “hijackers” or policy violations are addressed swiftly.
- Risk Mitigation: Staying updated on ever-changing marketplace policies to ensure our clients’ accounts remain compliant and operational 24/7.
