Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Danish-speaking Google Ads onboarding Account Manager for Barcelona, Hybrid, full-time. You will onboard new clients, launch PPC campaigns and drive adoption of Google Ads solutions while building strong client relationships in a multicultural team.

You will work with Nordic-market clients, use CRM tools, discuss ROI and data privacy, and benefit from relocation support to Barcelona plus training and certifications.

Qualifications

Danish language proficiency at high level (C2) and strong English (C1).
20+ months experience in sales, marketing or client-facing roles.
Comfortable with targets, presentations and customer engagement.
Analytical, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing ecosystems.
Interest in AI-powered workflows; experience is a plus.
Degree in Marketing or Communications is a plus; experience counts too.

Your Mission

As a Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager, you will:

Act as a trusted advisor for new clients, onboarding and launching high-performing PPC campaigns
Drive adoption, growth, and upselling of Google Ads solutions
Understand customer goals and design results-driven digital strategies
Manage a portfolio of B2B clients through outbound calls and consultative selling
Analyze performance, minimize churn, and identify expansion opportunities
Work with CRM tools and AI solutions to optimize outreach and efficiency
