Job summary

DTU Skylab seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive a two-year innovation initiative spanning multiple departments and DTU partners. You will lead planning, governance, and community events while coordinating with CLEAN cluster and external partners.

The role focuses on strategy, partnerships, execution, and securing funding. You will nurture relationships across academia, industry, and startups, manage grant activities, and help shape the Risø Gateway strategy within the DTU Link

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, preferably within innovation, research, or public-private partnerships.
• Background from the innovation ecosystem or higher education in a relevant field
• Knowledge about or understanding of business development & entrepreneurship
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across diverse organizations
• Experience with funding applications and grant management
• Interest in, or knowledge of water, environment, or sustainability
• Fluency in oral Danish and English

Responsibilities

• Project leadership & administration: Lead overall planning and execution, finances, reporting, and grant administration.
• Stakeholder management: Act as the primary contact for participants, partners, and staff; maintain relationships across academia, industry, and cluster partners.
• Fundraising & business development: Identify and pursue new funding opportunities.
