Job summary

Hobbii in Greve, Denmark, invites you to join our warehouse team as a Pick/Pack operative. You will handle end-to-end order processing, receiving, packing and shipping, with Autostore robotic support.

You’ll be trained on all tasks, guided by a buddy during onboarding, and start on Pick/Pack to learn the flow. The role offers evening and weekend shifts, a 120-hour monthly contract during our peak season, and a starting hourly pay of 160 DKK plus a 10% spending plan and 11% pension.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse tasks is helpful.
• Ability to stand and walk long periods.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end order processing (receiving, packing, shipping).
• Learn and perform Pick/Pack tasks with training and buddy support.

What is the job about?

Our tasks consist of an end-to-end order-handling: receiving, packing, and shipping, all with the help of Autostore - our warehouse robotic system.

That means we have a variety of tasks that you will be trained on until you are a Hobbii champion! This will happen according to production needs and your ambition. You won't feel lonely during the onboarding process - you'll be accompanied by a buddy who will be your guide and best friend during the first weeks.

Please be mindful that all new employees will focus on our Pick/Pack operations to start with so you are familiar with the products and the general flow in the warehouse.

• Evening and weekend shifts (we expect that you can take minimum every other weekend)

• Monthly contract of 120 hours is granted (as it is our busiest season, we can offer more hours on an ongoing basis if you’re interested!)

• Hourly pay starts at 160 DKK incl. Flexible Spending Account (Fritvalgsordning) of 10% & Pension of 11% (read more here on our union website)

Please note that:

• Theis time-limited until February 2027 with a possibility for extension

• We recommend to check your transportation options knowing that morning shifts start at 8 AM and evening shifts end at 23.45 PM (check weekends too)

During the event we will give you a presentation about Hobbii, show you around the warehouse, let you try the operations for a few minutes and in the end you will be invited to a 1:1 interview with a recruiter. You will hear from us within 4 days after the event, and you will be able to start within a week.
