Qualifications

• Proven experience as Handyman or similar role.
• Knowledge of basic repair techniques in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work and painting.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Good communication with property managers, tenants and team members.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical and painting tasks as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections of properties and identify issues or repairs needed.
• Respond to maintenance requests quickly and complete tasks efficiently.
• Maintain and repair appliances, fixtures and equipment such as HVAC systems and water heaters.
• Keep accurate records of completed work orders and submit paperwork on time.
• Communicate effectively with property managers and tenants to address needs and concerns.
