Job description

Help build the next generation of interactive sports experiences at Trackman.

Trackman is a global leader in sports tracking technology, trusted by professional athletes, coaches, teams, and sports organizations around the world. We are looking for a Unity Developer or Senior Unity Developer who is passionate about building high-quality interactive experiences and wants to help shape the future of our virtual sports products.

You will join a cross-functional team developing a diverse portfolio of interactive applications from family-friendly casual games and skill-based sports experiences to products supporting our growing baseball business.

The role

As a Unity Developer, you will develop and evolve products used by customers around the world. You will work across the full development lifecycle – building new features, supporting multiple platforms, improving performance and contributing to the technical architecture behind our products.

A key focus will be ABS Challenge, our interactive baseball solution supporting challenge and review situations. The product is expanding to additional platforms, including iPad and other mobile devices, and you will play an important role in creating a smooth, performant, and maintainable cross-platform experience.

At the same time, we are modernizing our software architecture across several products and teams. If you have experience with backend systems, APIs or software architecture, you will have the opportunity to contribute to these initiatives and help shape the technology foundation for future Trackman products.

Your key areas of focus
  • Develop and evolve ABS Challenge, including expansion to new platforms.
  • Support the development of View, part of our new software architecture.
  • Contribute to scalable software architecture supporting future products.
What you will do
  • Design, develop and maintain applications and features in Unity and C#.
  • Develop our portfolio of casual games, skill-based experiences and baseball products.
  • Bring ABS Challenge to new platforms, including iPad and other mobile devices.
  • Optimize application performance, stability and usability across platforms.
  • Develop tools and technical solutions that improve development workflows and team productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, artists, product owners and developers.
  • Investigate and solve technical challenges across existing and new products.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and engineering best practices.
  • Support backend integrations and services where relevant.
Job requirements
What we are looking for

You have professional experience developing applications or games using Unity and C#, combined with a strong understanding of software development principles.

Ideally, you also bring:

  • A relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Development or similar – or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience developing and maintaining products across multiple platforms.
  • A solid understanding of software architecture, code quality and testing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
  • A collaborative mindset and an interest in working across disciplines.
  • Experience in leveraging modern AI tools and workflows to accelerate development, improve quality and support continuous learning.
What You Might Grow Into
  • Own larger technical systems and features.
  • Help shape software architecture and technical direction.
  • Drive engineering best practices.
  • Mentor and support other developers.
  • Expand your expertise in backend services, APIs, and cloud technologies.
Technologies you may work with

Our technology landscape includes:

  • Unity
  • C#
  • Cross-platform development and deployment
  • Windows, Android, iOS/iPadOS and other platforms
  • GraphQL APIs and backend integrations
  • Azure DevOps
  • CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows
  • Software architecture and design patterns
  • Performance optimization

Experience with all of these is not required. We are interested in developers with a strong Unity/C# foundation who are motivated to learn and contribute across our technology stack.

An interest in sports, gaming or fitness is a plus, and golf or baseball knowledge is welcome, but certainly not required.

What we offer
  • Build products used by customers and professional sports organizations around the world.
  • Work across multiple products and sports, including golf and baseball.
  • Help shape the future architecture of Trackman's interactive product ecosystem.
  • Work with talented colleagues across software, design, product, hardware and other disciplines.
  • Be part of a technology environment spanning sports simulation, radar, computer vision, real-time data and software development.
  • Grow professionally as Trackman continues to expand globally.

You will also become part of an informal and ambitious culture with plenty of social activities, from Dungeons & Dragons and winter bathing to bouldering, golf tournaments, parties and much more. And, quite possibly, the best lunch in Denmark.
