All Gravy, an AI-native people operating platform for hospitality and retail, seeks a senior test automation engineer to bring our end-to-end mobile and web testing in-house. You will audit the current Appium suite, choose a modern framework, migrate critical coverage, and streamline the feedback loop.
Focus will be on React Native mobile tests, with collaboration across React, React Native, TypeScript and Node.js in a fast-growing startup. European time zones and fluency in English are required.

The next generation of employees are used to apps like Instagram, TikTok and ChatGPT in their personal life – but when they go to work at a restaurant chain or retail store, they’re met with software created before they were born.
We are transforming the industry through AI, and are modernizing the tools for frontline employees and transforming the experience into one that is engaging and motivating; making their lives easier - from coordinating work to developing their careers.
We've grown 3x over the last year and are looking to accelerate further. We already work with some of the most exciting brands in the Nordics and the UK (Pizza Pilgrims, Honest Burgers, Ottolenghi, Dishoom, Q8, 7-Eleven) and are looking to scale even faster.
We're backed by some of Europe’s leading investors (Moonfire, Scale Capital, Nordic Makers) and Angels (Bradley Horowitz (GP, Wisdom Ventures), Terese Hougaard (Partner, Atomico), Phil Chambers (Founder, Peakon). Plus, we recently got named as part Europe's top 50 most promising seed-stage start-ups by Creandum
We currently outsource end to end test authoring and maintenance, running on Appium. It works, but the tests live outside our team, our engineers do not own them, the suite is slow, and the feedback loop is longer than we want. Your first mandate is to bring it in house: audit what exists, decide what framework we should actually be on, migrate the coverage that matters, and retire what does not.
A large share of our usage is React Native on mobile, so mobile test automation is the centre of this role rather than an afterthought
Even if you do not tick every box on this page, you might be the perfect fit for the job! We treasure our learning culture and encourage all humble people to apply.
