Google Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Construction and Infrastructure in Denmark. You will lead multi-disciplinary projects from planning through commissioning, coordinating with engineers, facilities, and leadership to deliver scalable data center infrastructure.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years managing capital construction projects and experience delivering large-scale facilities. Equity and benefits are included as part of an overall compensation package.

Qualificações

Technical Program Manager, Construction and Infrastructure

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience managing capital construction projects.
• Experience delivering infrastructure (hyperscale data centers, semiconductor fabrication facilities, pharmaceutical facilities, or critical power/cooling plants) from the ground-up through commissioning.

Preferred qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP), CCM (Certified Construction Manager).
• Experience building, onboarding, or mentoring technical project teams (e.g., field engineers, cost managers, technical writers, document controllers), especially in high-growth environments.
• Experience managing multi-building campus.

• Determine phasing and metrics associated with program lifecycle that effectively address continuous improvement, including resource stewardship (effective deployment of machine and people resources) and near- and long-term objectives.
• Determine and collect data required to govern programs and effectively drive stakeholder decision-making.
• Anticipate change management requirements that are required by program stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of executive cross-functional leads and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions.
