Job summary

NEWREST DENMARK A/S is seeking an experienced teamleader for the Dishwash department at our Copenhagen-area site. You will lead the team, ensure efficient dishwashing operations, and develop colleagues’ skills while maintaining HACCP safety standards.

The role is full-time (approx. 35.5 hours/week) with morning or evening shifts and weekends. You must have work permission in Denmark and be prepared for a security check; living in Denmark or Sweden is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the dishwashing team to ensure smooth operations
• Train and develop team members to improve skills and performance
• Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with safety regulations
• Coordinate shifts and workloads; report bottlenecks to the dishwash manager
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and management, including Danish/English language requirements

Job description

We are looking for an experienced teamleader for our Dishwash department. As a dishwasher, you are emptying, sorting and preparing flight equipment (i.e., trollies, service, cups etc) for dishwashing in our dishwashing machines.

We offer:

A full-time position (average 35.5 hours per week depending on shift schedule)

Morning shift or evening shifts including fixed work every other weekend

Report to the dishwash manager on progress and any bottlenecks

Working hours and others:

This is a full-time position, but the specific weekly working hours depend on the shift. You will have to work weekends.

You must have permission to work in Denmark and be able to complete a security check, which among other things, require a clean criminal record.

You are required to live in Denmark or Sweden.
