Jobs Europe AB is seeking an AI Data Annotation Specialist to oversee review and management of user-generated content, ensuring it meets guidelines and quality standards. You will handle administrative tasks to support moderation and client satisfaction while adhering to company policies.

You will serve as the main contact for content-related issues, coordinating with teams to ensure brand safety and timely resolutions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review videos and judge videos/accounts in accordance with processes, policies and guidelines.
• Respond to inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals.
• Liaise with different teams to ensure brand safety, monitoring social media and taking appropriate actions to resolve situations during production.
• Make well-balanced decisions based on processes, policies and guidelines, using market-specific knowledge.
