In this role, you'll help ensure a safe, high-quality online experience by reviewing and moderating digital content for a global platform. Your role

• Review and categorize social media content based on internal guidelines.
• Ensure content complies with platform policies and quality standards.
• Make balanced and objective decisions to support a safe online community.
• Help create a positive user experience for both individuals and businesses.
• Apply content policies consistently and accurately.
• Assist users via chat, email or phone (depending on project needs).
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Follow internal procedures and moderation guidelines.

Requirements

• Fluent in Danish (spoken & written).
• Very good English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive content.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable using Windows OS, internet tools and MS Office.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Professional judgment and the ability to separate personal opinions from policies.
• Previous experience in content moderation, social media or customer support is a plus.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
