Job summary

GE Healthcare is looking for a motivated student to join our Product Engineering team in Denmark. You will support the development and verification of ultrasound systems, primarily within the System Test team, gaining hands-on experience across cross-functional development projects.

This role is designed for 10–15 hours per week with a potential to stay for 2–3 years; you will contribute to test execution, documentation, and analysis while learning our processes and tools in a collaborative

Qualifications

• Active student status
• Completing BSc/MSc studies in Biomedical Engineering, Health Technology, Software Technology or other related fields
• Fluent in English
• Available 10-15 hours/week, ideally for a period of 2-3 years
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Support execution and documentation of system tests.
• Support development and improvement of test specifications.
• Support creation and follow-up of defect reports.
• Assist with investigation and reproduction of identified issues.
• Contribute with test input for new features in cross-functional development teams.
• Participate in relevant stand‑ups, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
• Support maintenance of test equipment, test setups, and test documentation.
• Assist with analysis and structuring of test data and results.
• Support other technical and engineering activities across Product Engineering as relevant.
• Build knowledge of our products, technologies, development processes, and ways of working.
• Perform other relevant activities under guidance from experienced team members.
