Job summary

GN Store Nord A/S is seeking a Student Assistant to join the Global Partner Sales team in Copenhagen/Ballerup. The role offers 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility to fit around studies, and provides exposure to marketing communications for partners worldwide.

You will contribute to newsletters, online events, and digital marketing materials, while adapting content for LATAM, EU & CIS, Asia and MEA. Proficiency in Spanish and strong English skills are expected.

• Experience with newsletters, digital communications or marketing content creation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support creation and distribution of marketing communications, including newsletters and online event invitations.
• Help develop interactive marketing catalogues and other digital materials.
• Adapt global marketing content to regional needs across LATAM, EU & CIS, Asia and MEA.
• Translate and proofread marketing communications into Spanish.
• Coordinate with regional colleagues to ensure timely and consistent communications.
• Support planning and execution of online marketing activities and events.
• Maintain and organize marketing assets and materials.

Are you currently studying and interested in gaining hands-on experience in global marketing? Join GN’s Global Partner Sales team as a Student Assistant and help deliver engaging marketing communications to partners across the world.

In this role, you will support the Marketing department within Global Partner Sales, contributing to communications and marketing initiatives across LATAM, EU & CIS, Asia and MEA. You will help create and adapt materials that enable our partners to bring GN’s intelligent hearing solutions to more people around the world.

The Team You Will Be Part of

You will join the Global Partner Sales team, which supports partners in more than 94 countries worldwide. The team works across regions, cultures and time zones to strengthen our partner network and ensure that our markets have relevant, high-quality marketing materials and communications.

We are a collaborative and international team with a strong focus on supporting each other, sharing knowledge and creating solutions that work across diverse markets. We value curiosity, ownership and a proactive mindset.

Joining GN as a Student Assistant

In GN, our Student Assistants typically work 15-20 hours a week. We value flexibility and will collaborate with you to ensure your working hours complement your studies.

You also have the possibility to join the GN Students Network. This expansive network connects students from various departments and frequently hosts events like Friday bars, student lunches, and other engaging social activities.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you

• Are currently studying within marketing, communications, business, international business, or a related field
• Have a strong interest in global marketing and working in an international environment
• Are fluent in Spanish and have strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Have an eye for detail and enjoy creating clear, engaging and visually appealing communications
• Are structured, proactive and comfortable managing several tasks at the same time
• Enjoy collaborating with colleagues across different cultures and regions
• Preferably have experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop or Adobe Express
• Preferably have experience with newsletters, digital communications or marketing content creation
