Are you interested in Supply Supply Chain Management and especially Procurement? This is your chance to join the pharma industry and learn and develop within SCM / Procurement! We offer you a flexible student environment. You will get a great variation of procurement tasks from day one! The Student Assistant for Procurement is part of AGC Biologics’ dynamic Supply Chain team in Copenhagen. This position will focus on operational tasks, such as updating supplier master data, material information and purchase orders using ERP in a cGMP environment.

• Process Order Confirmation of Purchase Orders.
• Communication with both internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Maintain data of purchasing related information in ERP system.
• Support procurement team/SCM with ad hoc tasks.

We are looking for a student with a commercial degree! The work environment of AGC Biologics can be fast-paced and dynamic, so we are looking for someone who thrives in this.

• Student in commercial degree in relevant field, i.e. Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering.
• We are open for both Bachelor and Master's students, but mid/end of Bachelor would be ideal.

Eager to learn new processes and ERP system. Proficient in MS Office applications. Oral and written communications skills in English and Danish. You must have a keen interest in becoming a part of a highly regulated GMP environment.
