Have you just started studying your Master degree at Aarhus University – and would like to get hands on experience, working with Arla’s Commercial activities across Europe? Do you have a passion for being creative in your communication style as well as turning data into actionable insights? Then you might be exactly who we are looking for to join our European Net Revenue Management, Centre of Excellence.

Overview

As a student assistant, you will take part in Arla’s European Commercial Operations, supporting projects across teams and markets. We’re searching for a student assistant to support a variety of European tasks. In each task, you will get first-hand experience with both strategic- and operational tasks. Net revenue management is accountable for achieving ambitious growth and profitability aspirations across the European Zone. As a part of the NRM team you will be

Responsibilities

• Be in charge of our communication site by facilitating our newsletter to share relevant and valuable information within the Arla network. Furthermore, you will support our Sharepoint and network site Yammer by sharing news about NRM.
• Take care of our tracking tool to make sure we are on top of the local markets and we are on track with our targets.
• Support the team in the development of the strategy and commercial plans through category deep dive analytics across all NRM levers (brand portfolio pricing, pack price architecture, active channel mix, promotion management, trade terms optimization).
• Assist our digital transformation journey by managing different tasks, such as administrating calendars and meetings across markets, supporting the communication plan and other ad-hoc assignments.

What will make you successful

• We are looking for a candidate with a creative mindset and interest for communication as you will be in charge of our monthly newsletter and maintain our Sharepoint, but also being creative with visualisation in PowerPoint. You should also have some understanding and curiosity of data and numbers.
• Have strong IT skills (PowerPoint, Excel and if you command PowerBI or other reporting systems it would be even better!).
• Are about to start a relevant Master degree at Aarhus University (Cand.merc. Marketing, Strategic Communication, Commercial and Retail Management, International Business etc.).
• Are able to start as soon as possible and work 15 hours/week.

Furthermore, you have an interest in the opportunity for an internship in Autumn 2025.
