Overview

Student Assistant - Management team of Two-Stroke Engineering. You will support the management of Engineering with both technical and administrative tasks, working with the Vice President and senior management team in Engineering to coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and assist with technical documentation.

Your role includes collaboration tasks to keep managers up-to-date with essential knowledge and to promote initiatives and projects within the business of MAN Energy Solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with and support the management team and Executive Assistant with administrative support
  • Assist with technical documentation
  • Support and promote development activities
  • Prepare communication material for projects and technical presentations
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for our various processes and systems
  • Help with project tracking and follow-up on reporting
  • Ad hoc tasks
Qualifications and Skills
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • Ability to combine studies with work experience and to work approximately 15 – 20 hours per week
  • Workdays planned around studies with consideration for exam periods
  • Ability to work independently and quickly learn new tasks, while also being a collaborative team player
  • Ability to take responsibility for tasks from idea to completion and communicate effectively within the organization
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in Danish and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook); experience with SharePoint is an advantage
