A global engineering consultancy is seeking a Student M&A and PMI Assistant in Copenhagen. You will support the M&A team in identifying acquisition targets, assist with project management, and contribute to financial analysis. You will join our Group Strategy and M&A department
As our Student M&A and PMI assistant you will be part of an international team with diversity in age, gender, educational and professional backgrounds. The Group M&A team is responsible for ensuring the strategic fit, proper process and quality in all our acquisitions – in close collaboration with the business owners. Together with the Group Strategy, the M&A team forms the basis of the Executive Office which is responsible for key strategic priorities.
