Job summary

A leading coffee company in Copenhagen is seeking a motivated Student Assistant to support marketing efforts for global coffee brands. The role entails collaborating with agencies, assisting in administrative tasks, and contributing to marketing strategies. Ideal candidates are university students in marketing with strong language skills in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian, and fluency in English. This position offers a flexible 15 hours/week schedule, providing valuable experience in a dynamic business environment.

Qualifications

• Currently studying a relevant university degree in marketing with at least two years left before graduation.
• Native speaker of either Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian (Norwegian is a strong plus).
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Highly accountable with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative agencies for SoMe assets and media briefs.
• Support sales conferences and internal meetings with practical help and slide building.
• Assist with translations, artwork approvals, and administrative tasks.
• Contribute to portfolio analysis and strategic decisions.
• Take ownership of smaller projects like customer brand initiatives.

This role offers a chance to support a wide range of marketing initiatives, contribute to exciting projects, and gain hands‑on experience in FMCG marketing. You will have exposure to how some of the strongest global coffee brands are built in the Nordics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative agencies to transcreate/develop SoMe assets, and brief media agency
• Support at sales conferences and internal meetings – both practical help and building slides
• Assist with translations, artwork approvals, and various administrative tasks such as SKU creation, SAP updates, purchase orders, and sending parcels
• Contribute to portfolio analysis and strategic decisions
• Over time, take ownership of smaller projects such as working directly with customers on brand initiatives or leading consumer competitions

Qualifications

• Currently studying a relevant university degree in marketing, with at least 2 years left before graduation
• Native speaker of either Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian (Norwegian is a strong plus).
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Highly accountable with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

Additional Information

The expected working hours are 15 hours/week with flexibility to plan around exams. Students are expected to work in the office.
