The position is a great opportunity for you to convert theory into practice in a role as an in-house legal student assistant through delivering qualified legal assistance and handling of corporate legal as well as compliance projects to support Xellia’s goals and strategy.
The role offers the opportunity for the right candidate to obtain responsibility for both small and large corporate legal and compliance projects in our continued development of Xellia’s corporate governance and corporate compliance program.

Preferably, you have taken or consider to sign up for one or more courses on topics of company law, contract law, EU data protection law, corporate social responsibility, or life science law.
The workload as student assistant is approximately 10-15 hours per week and allows for flexibility around studies and exams.
Based in Copenhagen, you will be reporting to the Senior Manager Corporate Legal Compliance.
