Salary: DKK 60,000-75,000/month + bonus

Annapurna is partnering with a leading international subscription-based consumer business to hire a Senior Strategy & Analytics Manager into its Danish leadership team.

This is a high-impact role supporting senior leadership across strategic decision-making, commercial performance and business transformation. The business is specifically looking for someone with exceptional analytical capability - someone who can combine deep quantitative analysis with strong commercial judgement and executive-level communication.

Working closely with the Portfolio Director and wider leadership team, you will help drive initiatives across customer retention, pricing, portfolio performance, growth and operational improvement in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead advanced commercial and quantitative analyses across customer, pricing and performance data
• Translate complex datasets into clear strategic recommendations and business actions
• Build executive presentations, business cases and decision materials for senior leadership
• Drive strategic initiatives from analysis through to implementation
• Develop dashboards, reporting and analytical tools using Excel and Power BI
• Partner cross-functionally to improve commercial KPIs and business performance

Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years' experience within strategy consulting, analytics or commercial strategy
• Strong quantitative and analytical skillset - this is essential
• Advanced Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint capabilities
• Ability to connect analysis to wider commercial and strategic outcomes
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
• Highly independent, proactive and comfortable operating with autonomy

Experience within subscription, telecoms, utilities, SaaS or recurring-revenue businesses is advantageous, as is exposure to pricing, retention or AI-driven analytics.
