Job summary

Maersk is seeking an ASSP Academy Lead to define and execute the capability-building strategy for the Asset Strategy function. You will partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into learning journeys, leadership programs, and capability initiatives that drive performance and build future-ready talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, HR, Organizational Development, Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience designing and delivering capability-building initiatives in a global environment.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, communication and project management skills.
• Experience with digital learning platforms and technologies is advantageous.
• Certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, APICS or L&D certifications are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the ASSP Functional Capability Strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Design, manage and improve the ASSP Academy portfolio and learning journeys.
• Facilitate leadership programs and learning engagements, in virtual and in-person formats.
• Measure learning impact using data and insights and manage vendors and budgets.
