Job summary

Veo Technologies’ AI-powered sports camera and analytics platform seeks a strategic leader to own and run the company’s strategy process, oversee commercial due diligence, and guide investments with Board-level sign-off. You’ll partner with the CEO and executive team to shape Veo’s growth agenda.

You will influence the direction across sports, geographies, and business segments, translating complex analyses into compelling recommendations and actionable plans for executives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy.
• Ability to frame ambiguous problems into clear, defensible recommendations with end-to-end studies.
• Written output that can be reviewed by a Board and read by a CEO without you present.

Responsibilities

• Run Veo's annual company strategy process, from analysis through to Board approval.
• Produce Board and executive leadership materials, owning both the analysis and the recommendation.
• Lead commercial due diligence, target assessment, and integration planning across Veo's M&A pipeline.
• Size and prioritise growth opportunities across sports, geographies, and business segments.
• Build the business cases and investment recommendations behind major capital and resourcing decisions.
• Turn approved initiatives into plans that product and commercial teams can act on.
