Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in BI or financial advisory.
• Experience with fundraising and business development in related industry is beneficial but not required.
• Strong analytical and modeling capabilities.
• Proficient PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or DealCloud.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and produce weekly management reports for ExCom and Senior Partners.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, data pipelines, and governance processes.
• Transform raw data into actionable insights with dashboards and trend analysis.
• Build and validate models, leverage AI to predict trends and behaviors.
• Support fundraising and investor engagement with data-driven insights.
