The LEGO Group is seeking a Staff Engineer to shape the future of Supply & Demand Technology within Manufacturing & Supply Chain Technology. You will act as a technical leader across multiple product teams, aligning on priorities and delivering scalable solutions in a global ERP landscape.

This role focuses on connecting teams, guiding architecture, and enabling informed decisions without hands-on coding. A strong background in ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and Kinaxis is highly valued.

About the role

As our Staff Engineer, you'll help shape the future of Supply & Demand Technology within Manufacturing & Supply Chain Technology at the LEGO Group. You'll act as a technical leader across multiple product teams, bringing people together around shared goals, technical direction, and portfolio priorities. This isn't a hands-on coding role. Instead, you'll use your technical depth, supply chain expertise, and ability to navigate complexity to help teams make better decisions, align on priorities, and deliver scalable solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Led technical initiatives across multiple product teams within a complex supply chain environment.
• Delivered large-scale technology transformations involving global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Built deep expertise in supply chain technology, planning processes, or supply chain platforms.
• Managed technical alignment and decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups and organisational boundaries.
• Guided engineering teams, lead engineers and technical communities without direct line authority.
• Contributed to enterprise technology programmes where portfolio planning, dependencies, and execution were critical to success.

Preferred Qualifications

• Delivered ERP transformation programmes within a global supply chain organisation.
• Worked with SAP platforms, including SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Used Kinaxis or similar supply chain planning solutions.
• Supported AI-enabled technology initiatives at scale.

You’ll become a recognised technical leader across a highly connected portfolio. Over the next 12–18 months, you’ll help teams navigate significant change, including ERP transformation, new transportation management capabilities, and the introduction of AI at scale. You’ll work closely with Principal Engineers, Lead Engineers, Engineers, and stakeholders across the organisation to create clarity, alignment, and forward momentum in a complex environment.
