Job summary

Danfoss A/S in Nordborg is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to strengthen supplier relationships and secure key materials for our climate solutions portfolio. Based in Nordborg, you will collaborate with engineering, operations and finance to drive strategic sourcing and improve cost competitiveness.

You will travel up to 20% across Europe, engage with suppliers to enhance delivery, quality and capacity, and grow into broader category management roles as you gain experience.

In this role, you will play a key part in securing the materials and supplier partnerships needed to deliver innovative climate solutions to customers worldwide.

Based in Nordborg and reporting to the Global Sourcing Manager, you will act as an important link between suppliers, engineering, operations, finance, and procurement teams. Your ability to build strong relationships and drive collaboration will help improve quality, delivery performance, and cost competitiveness across our supply chain.
