Job summary

NextPartners in Randers is seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team. You will install solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related components on residential and commercial properties, and you will conduct site surveys to determine optimal placement.

The role requires reading technical drawings, understanding electrical systems, and working safely at heights in various weather conditions. You will collaborate with teammates to ensure timely project completion and proper documentation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with solar installation and electrical systems preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

We are hiring a skilled and reliable Solar Installer to join our team in Randers In this role you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar systems on residential and commercial properties The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the solar industry strong technical skills and the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Install solar panels inverters batteries and other components according to project plans
• Conduct site surveys to determine optimal placement of equipment
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation process
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each project
• Work closely with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Solar Installer or similar role
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and equipment installation
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others

Salary $1500 per month
