Maersk Line Limited is seeking a passionate Software Verification Engineer to join our engineering team in Denmark, focusing on developing verification strategies, automated test frameworks, and AI-assisted testing to ensure software quality and performance.

You will collaborate with software developers, application engineers, and QA teams to drive verification processes, maintain traceability, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing, software verification, validation, or quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of Software Verification and Validation (V&V) principles and methodologies.
• Proven experience developing and executing test cases based on requirements specifications.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks such as PyTest, Robot Framework, Google Test, or similar tools.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI technologies to improve automated testing solutions.
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, preferably Python, C, or C++.
• Experience with source control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in an international, cross-functional environment.

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Software Verification Engineer to join our engineering team and help ensure the highest standards of software quality, reliability, and performance. As a Software Verification Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing verification strategies, designing automated test frameworks, and ensuring that software products meet functional, performance, and quality requirements before release. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement of our verification processes, including exploring and implementing AI-driven testing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience within a regulated or safety-critical industry, such as industrial controls, refrigeration systems, automation, or embedded systems.
• Familiarity with requirements management and traceability tools such as Ease Requirements or equivalent platforms.
• Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing and embedded software verification.
• ISTQB Certification or equivalent testing qualification.
• Experience working with modern software quality engineering practices and test automation at scale.
