Job Description

As a Developer, you will be part of the technical teams through the entire development process—from requirements specification and architecture to implementation and testing. You will work closely with both clients and internal stakeholders to ensure that our solutions meet their business needs and technical requirements.

In this role, you will make an impact by:

• Developing applications and solutions of all sizes, frequently in Agile settings (SAFE/Scrum). This includes both backend and frontend development, often directed towards public clouds or on-premises.
• Assisting in the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and adopting DevOps practices to streamline development workflows.
• Assisting in designing and communicating architectural overviews such as target architecture and solution architecture
• Building internal capabilities through community tasks, maybe within new business areas.
• Joining in on workshops and sales pitches and contributing to proposals for new client projects.

What you bring to the team:

• A master’s degree within IT, Engineering or similar
• 2-10 years experience as a software engineer/architect.
• Strong technical knowledge in Java, C#/.NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, or one or more other widely used programming languages.
• Preferably experience with at least one of the major cloud providers (Azure, AWS or GCP)
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and are either a native Danish speaker or possess a high proficiency in written and spoken Danish.
• It will be a big advantage if you have previous consulting experience
• Experience with modern DevOps practices such as CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and test automation.
• You have strong analytical skills and a focus on quality and detail.
