ConFlip is hiring a skilled Mason to join our construction team in Aalborg, Denmark. You will build and repair walls, floors, and patios using brick, stone, and concrete, following precise measurements and patterns.

The role involves mixing mortar, shaping materials, and ensuring structures are level and safe. Prior masonry experience is welcome but not required; candidates with good physical condition and a keen eye for detail are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Skilled in working with masonry materials (brick, stone, concrete).
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.

• Good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lay and align bricks or other materials to construct or repair walls, arches, floors, or other structures
• Cut or shape bricks or other materials to fit specific requirements
• Mix mortar and spread it onto surfaces using trowels or other tools
• Check that the structure is level and straight using levels or plumb bobs
• Repair cracks or damage in existing structures
• Create decorative patterns using different types of masonry techniques
