Job summary

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Physical stamina for manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct repairs such as fixing leaks and repairing drywall.
• Perform preventative maintenance on properties.
• Electrical work like replacing outlets or switches.
• Troubleshoot appliances and perform repairs.
• Paint interiors and exteriors of properties.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Provide cost estimates to property owners.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs.
