Job summary

Helion B2B in Denmark is building out an LLM visibility team and seeks an ambitious SEO professional to lead AEO/LLM initiatives. You will help clients gain LLM visibility, define internal processes, and evolve workflows.

This role favors someone with SEO and SEM background who wants freedom to deepen AEO work, collaborating with Danish and international clients and contributing to strategic roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on SEO experience
• Experience with AEO/GEO and LLM visibility concepts
• Fluent in Danish and English, able to work with Danish-language clients

Responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO work including schema markup, sitemap and robots.txt analysis
• Develop and convert metrics into business impact and pipeline impact
• Support AI workflows for automation and continuous build-out
• Drive keyword, market and competitor analysis to actionable recommendations
• Build testing frameworks and propose new structures for clients
• Own structured data strategy and LLM visibility roadmaps
• Run LLM visibility audits and prioritize client roadmaps
• Track client presence in AI answer engines and report findings
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement solutions for clients
• Support clients with end-to-end LLM visibility plans

About the role

Search is being rebuilt by AI, and most agencies are pretending it isn't. We're not. We’re building out our LLM visibility team and we need you to help out with this!

This is the role for you if you come with SEO/GEO experience and are interested in being the mastermind behind processes internally and externally. You’ll not only help our clients gain LLM visibility but you’ll also define how we work with it.

AEO is a discipline that didn’t exist 2 years ago, so we’re not expecting a deep expert. We’re looking for someone with some experience coming from SEM and who wants freedom and a workplace that allows going deeper with AEO.

What you'll do

SEO

• Clear experience with Technical SEO incl. Schema markup, sitemap and robot.txt analysis and improvements.
• Convert search metrics and technical knowledge into business impact & pipeline impact.
• Understand and support our continuous build-out of AI workflows for automation
• Drive keyword, market, and competitor analysis and turn it into actionable recommendations
• Build testing frameworks and propose new structures for our clients

AEO and LLM visibility (technical and roadmap)

• Own structured data strategy, schema guidance, and agentic readiness
• Run LLM visibility audits and turn them into prioritized client roadmaps
• Track and measure client presence in AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews)
• Collaborate x-functionally while supporting the implementation of solutions. You own the what and why
• Support clients in implementing a clear LLM visibility plan and hold their hand from end to end

Clients and reporting

• Build reports that speak to business goals, not channel metrics
• Support client communication, strategy meetings, and pitches
• Conduct paid search and LLM visibility audits for potential clients

Who you are

• 3+ years hands-on
• Genuine interest in AEO/LLM visibility with something concrete to show: experiments, schema
• Work, audits, or side projects. Expert not required (almost nobody is yet)
• You understand B2B: long sales cycles, pipeline over lead volume
• Comfortable with clients in Danish and English
