Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Senior consultant for Workday HCM Time Tracking in Copenhagen, Denmark. You will lead implementations, configurations, and ongoing optimization of Time Tracking across HR modules, engaging with stakeholders to design scalable, compliant solutions.

You will anchor engagement efforts, drive workshops, ensure quality through SIT/UAT, and support production readiness while mentoring teams and promoting best practices in a global, Agile/Waterfall delivery context.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Workday HCM experience with at least 3 years focused on Time Tracking.
• Experience in at least 2 full-cycle Workday implementations involving Time Tracking.
• Strong functional knowledge of Workday Time Tracking, Core HCM and Absence Management.
• Experience configuring Time Calculations, Work Schedules, Shifts, Time Entry Templates, and Time Tracking processes.
• Experience in testing activities including SIT/UAT and regression testing.

Responsibilities

• Implement Time Tracking components and business processes.
• Configure Time Entry Templates, Codes, Calculations, and Work Schedules.
• Support integrations with Absence Management, Payroll and Core HCM.
• Develop test scenarios and support deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot time entry, approvals and payroll impact issues.
